On February 12, the Portland Campus visited the Escape Games PDX escape rooms. If you aren't familiar with how an escape room works, you are locked in a room and given an hour to try to find sufficient clues to solve the mystery, unlock the door, and escape from the room.

On September 27, the Portland Campus visited Creo Chocolates on NE Broadway. The building was built in 1911 and still has many of the original features, with exception of the bathroom floor which is made from over 20,000 pennies. Creo Chocolates started about five years ago, and gets its cacao beans directly from Ecuador.
