Puzzle Break!
In the Seattle Campus, we have found a new passion. Puzzles! Our Principal has been kindly providing us with the puzzles and the secondary students work together to complete them. Thank you Mr. Lutz! The tradition started last school year with the butterfly world map which was completed in two days with the efforts of 7 students. Since then, over the course of 4 weeks, we have completed 3 puzzles, one about Washington State, a map of the United States with the National Parks labeled, and one filled with clocks. We are now starting on one picturing flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds in bright colors. These puzzles provide a 'mental break' in the words of our Campus Principal, Mr. Lutz, and give us something to do if we need to 'sharpen the saw' for a few minutes. And, as an added bonus, it gives us wall decorations that are a constant reminder of what can be achieved with teamwork.
