Decorating Cupcakes!

It was 8:15 at the Gothenburg Campus when two students barged through the doors, loaded with everything (well, almost everything) to bake and decorate cupcakes. Cupcake tins were pulled out and filled with liners. Eggs, oil, water, and everything else needed in a delicious cupcake were dumped into bowls and mixed up. A couple more students showed up and helped with mixing up more batter, washing dishes, and putting things into the oven. All was going well and then came a devastating tragedy. There were so many lemon and brownie cupcakes getting made that the cupcake liners disappeared way too quickly. With none of the chocolate cupcakes able to be baked we had to quickly call our version of 9-1-1 (home)! Thankfully, someone came to the rescue and brought a lot more in. So in the end, after those students were given a few grey hairs, it turned out fairly well!

Then, during collaboration, all the students were allowed to choose two cupcakes. They were also given the choice of three different kinds of frosting, sprinkles, and colored writing gel and told to style their cupcakes however they wanted. Many masterpieces were created and devoured by the time collaboration rolled around and it was a terrific time enjoyed by all!
